Plenty of Barre Workout classes and Piloxing!

We have pillows, weights, balls, and of course 6 Ballet barres!  In the evening we offer , Tuesday 6:30pm Hot Core and 8pm Warm Barre and Friday 4:45pm Warm Barre. We offer 8 weekday and 2 weekend classes. And Students are getting real results!
