
BARRE Workout
This workout utilizes ballet barres and dance fitness to improve your bodies core capability, also toning and strenghtening arms, thighs, buttocks, and waist. This one hour ten minute class will help you reduce fat, increase bone density and develop long, lean muscle. Not to be missed! Led by experienced Barre teachers
Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is based on the 26 pose series. The practice is done in a room heated to 105 degrees with added moisture, and each pose is generally done twice. Hot Yoga classes are suitable for people of all levels, from beginner to the advanced. Hot yoga benefits include: greater range of movement, increased oxygenation to the tissues of the body, detoxification of the body through sweat, improved nervous system function and quieting of the mind. 85-90 minute class.
Vinyasa and Hot Vinyasa
Vinyasa, meaning ‘flow’, is a dynamic practice that links breath to movement and flows more than our hot yoga class. Generally, Sun Salutations are performed with variations. In Vinyasa, poses are held for a short period of time, and creativity and breath are the cornerstones of the practice. We offer Hot Vinyasa (95 degrees), unheated all levels Vinyasa, and Gentle Vinyasa. The Restorative Vinyasa class is an excellent introduction to the poses for new students and a welcome relaxation for seasoned practitioners. 75-90 minute class.
ANTI-GRAVITY Fitness Yoga
Hammock yoga or antigravity yoga was created to decompress the spine, the major joints and allow for greater mobility in the entire body! Feel lighter while you fly, invert, cocoon, chandelier, angel and many great poses. Join Claudia, Josie, Mary and Jane in this wonderful class! 75 minute classes
Hot Yoga Fusion
Hot Yoga Fusion is a mix between the Hot Yoga series and Vinyasa. While the majority of the class consists of the hot series poses, the added vinyasa and other poses create a beautiful bridge between the two styles of yoga. This is a good class for those who are adding vinyasa to a hot yoga practice, or for new students who are looking for a glimpse of both styles. 80-90 minute class.
Hot Power Yoga
Hot Power Yoga is a fast moving vinyasa that incorporates advanced poses into every class. This class is recommended for those with an existing yoga practice. 80-90 minute class. Monday and Thursday nights
Inside Out (Pilates Inspired)
Inside Out will work you from just that; the inside to the outside. Sculpt, tone and improve your mental focus all in this one hour class. Focus on core, hips, arm and back strengtheners.
Zumba and Zumba Toning
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning, dance fitness party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. 60 minute class. Sneakers are required. Toning utilizes small weighted sticks to shape up the shoulders and arms as you Dance, dance, dance!
Private Sessions
A private session is a good way to tweak your practice, discover better mechanics and learn tips to aid you if you're stuck or new. Perhaps you learn better with one to one attention or you're shy or nervous in group exercise.
