PRIVATE SESSION POLICIES
Need to be paid for in advance, as the teacher will be present and prepared to assist you in your yoga practice. Cancellations 12 hours and under will be billed at half the session rate.

- For 7 Day Unlimited Week for Newcomers, if you purchase on a Saturday, then Friday is your final and 7th day.
- For 3 Month, 6 Month, and 1 Year some extra time for travel or injury is possible, but must be negotiated with the Studio Director at the time of purchase.
- For packages bought prior to June 1, 2009 . If after 6 consecutive months of non-attendance, all packages will be considered inactive and EXPIRED. IF you've communicated with studio Director Michael, it is still possible that some sessions can be honored.
- All Private Packages must be paid in full in advance
- If you purchase a package, workshop or single class online, an online receipt will be available for your records.
CLASS SIZE POLICY Class minimums are we two people to run a hot class, a Zumba class, or any class. For Vinyasa we can hold 24-26 maximum people, and promise to restrict attendance when we reach that number. We also want to honor people who are on time and pre registered, so you can enjoy your practice with limited distractions.
For hot yoga and Inside Out the room is capable of holding up to 31 maximum. We promise to cap the room for Hot at 30 people so people can have space and get the best out of their balancing series.
RETURN POLICIES
Merchandise
We do not sell any merchandise items online. Return policy for clothing is that pants or shirt must be returned or notified within 2-3 days, for defects only.
Package Policies
For any 6 class card through 50 class card we must be notified of any major injuries, car accidents, etc that we would likely defer the end date or make determination to return funds. If we are not notified within the time frame of your package, there can be no deferment of end dates or refunds given.
